He has experience with managing proprietary and open source technologies . He earned his master's degree in Computer Science at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional and a bachelors degree from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana.

He is a Web developer since 2013 , specialized in systems under MVC architecture using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, C#, Java and MySQL. He has participated in projects for Telmex, Juguetron, Totalrunning and some private companies in the area of TI, Develops Systems and Digital advertising. Fernando earned his engineer degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico.
